In my opinion, the manga is a good read.Concerning the anime, watch it, but skip to the fight scenes that you have read in the manga.
I think you mean the opposite. I mean who would want to skip this fight?
But most of all this!

I mean, like Pain vs Naruto (happened in manga), Some character not in manga vs Naruto (not in manga), Sorry if I'm a bit confusing

I starts getting good around Naruto Shippuden, but i'll tell you now, sacrificing literally 100 Episodes of shit for it really isn't worth it.
In fact the first naruto ends in 235 if i remember but they are nothing complete and utter pointless filler after around 100 with absolutely nothing affecting the main plot.

Naruto starts having fillers after episode 134.

Fuck it I'm not even going to bother, if I'm that bored I'll rewatch Evangelion again and try to extrapolate more making meaning from the last episodes and movies, at least then I'll feel kind of accomplished...Well... there are new animes coming out every season, try those out? Not dealing with Naruto and being ain't the end of the world 'ya know?

Been with Naruto from the beginning. I love it and with the anime I skip the filler. Honestly I feel like its a manga you need to read from the beginning in my opinion. I couldn't get into One Piece because of how long it is.

I started watching Naruto back when it was on Toonami, I probably would've liked it better if Toonami didn't stretch out the time int-between new episodes at least early on. The early filler sucks but some of the Shippuden filler like the Kohona History arc is enjoyable.

I watched all the episodes of Naruto when they first aired, but only because I couldn't get my hands on the manga at the time. Now that I have internet and can read manga whenever, I tend to enjoy the manga more than the anime adaptations. Especially with all the annoying filler arcs. I'd say you're better off reading the manga of Naruto.

Eh, I used to watch Naruto, but then I got bored of it. To me, it was just the same thing over and over and over again. I guess you can say the manga is a bit better though.

I like Shippuden but I don't get all fanboy over the anime/manga. The anime has got a few good scenes like the fight with Pain but I'd say the manga is better due to a lack of fillers.

I stopped watching it after the akatsuki arc before shippuden, but I continue the manga cause it has no fillers to ruin everything. But the slow pacing is still something to complain about.

I watched until Kakashi Gaiden eps, somewhere between 117-223.
I wanna know where I should start on the manga. SOMEONE TELL ME.

I don't watch the fillers so every time they go into filler season, I wait until the fillers are over then continue on.

Just try a few episodes though I'm not sure where to start because I haven't watched the recent episodes myself.
Time-wise, just read the manga for a while. If you're planning on watching the Anime, you've gotta remember there's a lot of episodes out at about 24mins length and according to the wiki there are 220 episodes out.

If Naruto is anything like Bleach, it'll be good at first but become boring.

Before I was into manga I watched it up until around 90 - 100 episodes into Shippuden which was around the time Dattebayo stopped subbing it and I caught up to the airing episodes. Then I started reading it, and still read it, while keeping an eye on the anime episodes to see if there are any I want to watch.
