Well, I can't really say that there is a lot of ecchi in it, but there is a little bit. It is somewhat comparable to One Piece and it is relatively new, but Fairy Tail is an awesome manga. The character designs are similar to One Piece and the humor elements are also, but the story is about mages with guilds and stuff.
They have 29 chapters out so far and if you're interested, you can get it from KEFI and even if you don't want Fairy Tail manga, they do other series too which you may want to take a look at.
It is also where my avatar originates from and I have to admit that I think it is going to be the next great series when it becomes an anime. :D

I haven't read the other pages, but I highly suggest Ichigo 100% ^^ really great, funny, weird situations with girls and romantic. Its 19 volumes in total :)

If you can find it, I suggest the Battle Royale manga. It's about a class that's selected for the BR program and have to kill each other. It's got a lot of stuff that a guy can want! Sex...violence...explosions that also cause decapitation... What's there not to like?
