Mx0Yep, seconded!
It's a fine mix of harem, magic, humor, action, and romance.
Very fitting for those who like nice-but-intense reads..

definitely ecchi, romance, comedy
My Balls
how's it like to have the Queen of Darkness, who was supposed to take on the world, sealed in your testicle? and then a number of her minions are to do anything to release her from your balls?

not comedy or even ecchi, i think, and not sure if anyone's recommended it because i haven't bothered to read the other suggestions but:
gantz. it may drag and it could frustrate the shit outta you but it's just too awesome to hate. super violence mixed with boobs mixed with other weird things. it's long, though, and unfinished.

                        Title: Hen/"strange love"
Author: OKU Hiroya
Scanlators: EMS Team, Gantz_Waitingroom
From MangaProject:
Despite the title, Hen is NOT Hentai. It does have sex, strong language, yuri, and other elements that might make you think "Hentai".
Chizuru Yoshida is not your typical high schooler and she's all too aware of it! She has a talent with getting what she wants from her male lovers and often comes across as cold and manipulative...
In truth, despite her experiences with guys, she has never been in love. That's until the fateful arrival of newly-trasferred student, Azumi Yamada, at her school. It was love at first site for Chizuru--indeed an unexpected turn of events for the story's vixen!
Not only was she in love but with all things another girl. Chizuru goes through a brief stage of anger and denial and tries to convince herself that she couldn't possibly be attracted to such a simple-looking, shy, and naive girl! To her despair she finds herself constantly thinking of Azumi, so she finally resolves to become friends with her, but it's not too long when she starts to push things along with Azumi...

Lone Wolf and club is a classic, 28 volumes of ronin goodness. The team that made it, Kazuo Koike and Goseki Kojima also made a few other good series, Samurai Executioner and Path of the Assassin. For comedy, you can't go wrong with Crayon Shinchan, there are 10 official volumes released here, and there will be another relaunch with a better translation. Yakikate Japan is an original look at the standard manga success storyline, this time involving bread. Lastly, Old Boy and Trigun, both better than their anime and movie counterparts, imho.
