Deleted season 1 from my hard drive a few minutes ago. No regrets.
It was lying there, waiting to be stored ever since I downloaded it early MoteMote to see what all the fuss was about. Until I kinda realized that even though it's only been 3 months, I haven't got the slightest idea what it was about nor do I feel like re-watching it. Ever.
Goodbye empty, generic anime. I doubt I'll miss you.
PS Don't get mad at me peeps. We all have our preferences.

Yep that's the DVD version. That's the scene where Ruby was undressing the room was dark.
But why are her nipples blurred out in that scene I thought they would uncensored that on the dvd version

It's one of Gonzo's FAIL. Take this for example. The onsen Kurmu had steam, in the DVD it still has steam only blurred which still hinders the nipple shots.
Episode.7 Btw has been redone animation wise.
Spoiler:
My god they can't even draw nipples right and whoa they redid episode 7

At first i was a little put off by the fan service, but i actually really enjoyed this anime. The first harem type anime i have really enjoyed since tenchi muyo. The second series continued on with the fun, and i had heard there was going to be a third, but that looks to be nothing but a dream with gonzo going down.

The manga is much better. I suggest you try it. Doesn't skimp on the fanservice either and the main character isn't a whiny bitch.

lol, kidding. Couldn't help myself.

When Tsukune does shit like this I think you'll understand why its a lot better. The situations he gets into are a lot more intense.

I dunno why I think this way but when I saw the anime version of both season and season 2, I felt empty. The anime was fun to watch to laugh at times but it just didn't give me the thrill the manga version did. I did like seeing some of earlier fights animated but it just seemed well not really done well. I love the ending song for the first season and found the 2nd season's op song to be real moe...

You know I think this series gets way too much stick. They shuffled some stuff around to make it work as an short anime and tweaked bits. The manga is better story wise, but then its about 5x longer literally, and still going on, a lot of the anime scenes and episodes are pulled directly from the manga.
If you treat the series as a harem comedy with an actual light romance and monsters its a good bit of fun, kinda like a condensed/raw version of the manga.
A longer third season or reboot ala FMA (with another studio) might be best for series though, because I felt a lot of the stuff lost or tweaked was because the 13 long seasons were far too short to cover the longer story or development arcs properly. The whole vampire hybrid sub-plot is still not resolved after 60 40+ page manga chapters.

The only arc they skipped in the anime is the ghoul arc, they took away a few of the characters in the manga, but made them background characters in R+VCapu2. But true the anime versions is a condense mixture of original and manga material with more ecchi.

Actually they havent touched the outcast arc, fairy tale etc, not to mention one hell of a lot of smaller subplots and character development.
Hopefully the series will be returned to some day, because there is quite a lot more they can cover.

It sucks it sucks and it really sucks!!!!!! It is very disappointing! I thought that it would be a great one because of the manga but it seems that I was expecting too much. Geez! Guys, before watching the damn anime, read the manga first and you people shall now what I'm talking about.

I get a bad feeling Ichi no daimou is headed in this same direction. Rosario started great, and I knew from hearing about the manga it had a central story with an interesting plot that allowed for action to break everything up.. but then the studio started having financial issues and they fucked up the finale, and then turned the second season into cheesy fanservice.
