...Was it me, or was Horo a little...different in this episode?
Like, the whole time, I couldn't shake the feeling that her personality had 180...no, 90'd, or that they switched the voice actress.

I noticed that to. If you compare her personality to the other episodes, she seems to be..... more flirty, maybe?

No. Her personality seemed normal to me. As Mattarat said, she's a tad more flirty because Lawrence wasn't under any pressure.

remember, this takes place from when they reunited after Horo was captured, so it makes sense to continue the relationship from where they left off. And we all (should) remember how far they were before they were "interrupted".

Yeah, she seemed fairly in character to me.

What I want to know is, did the following scene happen in Episode 7?

(Yes, I know they are screenshots captured put together.)
Jokes aside, with the release of episode 7, I think I will be getting back to watching Spice and Wolf, even though their dialogue can be boring at times. Perhaps it is due to all the lectures on business-related units I have already been to?

 I must have missed that part when I was watching it because I don't remember seeing that part.

If I did not remember wrongly, the first three images were from a different episode of the last image.

Haha I found that pretty amusing.
I have actually been waiting since episode 6 came out for episode 7 before I went on to finish the rest of the series. I was expecting a lot more out of the episode in the H department. At the very least a kiss or something, a REASON to have waited this long. I was disappointed.
But continuing on with the series it fits right into the plot line, I would imagine the only reason it was cut out of the airing was because Spice and Wolf was 13 episodes I think? And series usually run for 12.

Wait...you find it boring? I find it fascinating.

I can see why people would find it boring as such. Wolf & Spice's pace is very different from your typical anime series that involves too many hot guys/chicks and is run by constant progression of events rather than character development. A great example of such pacing is Code Geass where big events drive the characters to form their principles. Wolf & Spice's conversations are a means of development, but on a far less 'epic' (and cheaper) scale.
You'll be hard-pressed to find a series where the Renaissance era is motivated not by war, but currency and merchants. Historically, we know much of about this age for companies would have contracts written out by scribes as well as common artifacts of coinage (Chinese, European currency etc).
One interesting fact is that Lelouch is Lawerence and Horo is Kallen in seiyuu terms. In all honestly, Horo > Kallen simply because Horo has that much more personality and traits.

Here's hoping for some kind of second season as well, and in hopes that this gets some kind of honor or awards or something. (Even something trivial. As a whole, it wasn't as stereotypical as the other shows for the season it was launched. To me at least)
If a second season occurred, what role will Cloe play if she was seen again? Hmmm.
