I thought it was going to be "Who do you think is the shittiest character?" so I could talk about FMP again, but since it's not...
Pedro Octavio from Eden is a pretty fucked up bastard. After his girlfriend gets taken away from him he ends up kidnapping one of the main characters, slashing off her ear and carving out her eye and then sends it to another main character with the message "Elijah! Where is Manuella?" Pretty fucked up scene.
Johann from Monster. This is self-explanatory to anyone who has seen the series but for those who haven't: Johann mercilessly kills dozens of people, manipulates others into killing themselves and others, slaughtered his own family and step-family, nearly burns down an entire city, etc.
Vicious from Cowboy Bebop. Everyone knows this character and i don't feel the need to explain his presence on this list.

Hiruma Youchi from Eyeshield 21...he is not an antagonist but he is the most bad ass character i've ever seen and i like his style :lol:

Even though it's pretty unclear who the "good guys" and "bad guys" are in Hellsing, for the sake of example, Alucard's the good guy and Incognito is probably the craziest bad guy I've seen.
