Makoto from School Days
Never before have I wanted to punch a character so bad. Evil villains in series, at least they have some excuse for being evil. They want power, or they were abused when they were young, or they just like being dipshits, but Makoto - he's a fucking awful person, and there is nothing to redeem him. He doesn't save kittens from trees or hug girls when they need it, no. He just has sex with EVERYBODY and doesn't give a damn about the girls that like him.
Seriously, Makoto is the Antichrist.
