Are there any harem leads that aren't boring?

I mean, yes Makato is a dick, but at least he inspires some emotion in the viewer. When i first started getting into anime i didn't mind it so much, but i've gotten to the point where the typical no personality harem lead just bores me.

Actually i am not really into the harem genre anymore. It just feels like the same thing over and over.

So many to name that made me so damn lazy but most of them are already mentioned. But here is one that probably the worst and by far the MOST RETARDED harem lead that I EVER watched is that GAYTURD from FIGHT IPPATSU JUJJINCHAN!! I can't remember exactly the title but man it was the worst.

Id have to say Shinji Ikari. In the original series anyway. He may not have had three or more women lusting after him, but he did have two, and while they weren't lusting, they were clearly interested, even rei showed it in the rebuilds. but hes much to dense to realize, poor bastard.

Rin in the VN himself is cool, but in anime adaptation? I really wanna test the middle age torture device on him after finishing the whole story.

And why everyone said Tomoki is an ass? He's WAAAAAY better than all those fucking indecisive bastard male lead out there. He's a pervert, yes, and so what? At least he's DECISIVE in being a TRUE pervert there.
A male lead should be decisive, whether in choosing 1 girl only, or in making all girls all over him. That's all.

I'm guessing it's cuz Tomoki doesn't realized that most of the females have fallen for him. Don't get me wrong, I respect the guy too. The thing is that he isn't even aiming for all the girls or even one. He's aiming to be a pervert, in which is interested in only looking, touching, becoming a girl himself and panty-wearing. Not necessarily all the girls.

Well, being a bit dense is some sort of "virtue" for a male lead. But Tomoki isn't that dense. From what I've seen, among all the angeloids only Nymph have understood that she loves Tomoki (and Astrea later), but they still don't want to admit it.
And at least Tomoki is acting like a true man, not like most male lead I know who thinks that peeking is wrong, having as little physical contact as possible, etc.
He's true to himself, and not a hypocrite. That's what makes him different with most male lead out there.

But Tomoki has already "realized" that he doesn't want to Love specifically one person, he only want a harem of Tits and Ass. He's not indecisive and dense.
