Any news for PuniKano?

The same reason why I'm waiting for Amazon to put some of those books in their catalog. But apparently that's not happening yet.

How about this idea that I had the other day: a postponed order?

One orders all preorderable books right away, but the delivery is postponed until one says to do so. That would leave the opportunity to add new books to the order later on and get the shipment as a full set with less shipment costs for both customer and Fakku. Of course this would only be reasonable for international orders.

Does that mean I should stop adding more pre-orders cause it will only cause delays on the older orders?

Or in my case, where I preordered each book individually and paid the shipping price for each book, will I get them as they become available?

Nope, new orders won't cause delays for older orders. This rule is just so that we don't send out multiple shipments for one order.

This would only happen in a situation like the following: If today you ordered a copy of Renai Sample and Porno Switch in the same order (and paid shipping once) we would wait to send out both books once we've received Porno Switch (even though we have Renai Sample in stock).

In the situation where you place an order for Punikano a month ago and this week you placed an order for Porno Switch, you would receive PuniKano as soon as it becomes available and then Porno Switch as soon as it becomes available.

Yes we will send you PuniKano alone, this policy didn't start until after Alluring Woman/Peachy-Butt Girls/Welcome to Tokoharu Apartments were released.

Has PuniKano been shipped yet or most copies? This waiting is somewhat frustrating with little news.

I was under the impression this policy was just for pre-orders. Is that wrong, and it's actually for any order (as seems to be the case in the first example/second paragraph)?

Any order that contains a pre-order will not be shipped until the pre-order is in stock, regardless of the other items in the order.

Preparing for shipment... Can't shake the excitement

So...any news on PuniKano?

PuniKano shipment update time...weeeee.

After getting in contact with the shipping service that will handle transportation of the book pallets to our office, it seems that the shipment could arrive in the middle of next week (March 24-26 I hope). The delays in getting the books to us has been caused by 'port congestion', which seems to be the most common/popular excuse.

SO, bottom line is the books could start shipping as early as late next week, or the following Monday. With the upcoming Easter weekend cons I will ship out as many as I can before having to do said cons, and then resume sending them out after April 6th.

I apologize for the delays and lack of updates on book releases, I often get several emails updating the due date for books only to have them change everything a week before we get them in.

If you need to change your shipping address for PuniKano, please email me (store@fakku.net) with your order number and the new address. You must email me the changes, since I cannot see updates you may make in your accounts shipping details.

Is there a particular order you ship them out?
I think it would be fair to ship them by when they were ordered, if you even have a record of that.
Is that possible or just random?

I usually ship out oldest orders to newest. I have to do address changed orders in between as well, so there is some jumping around.

Unfortunately, for once, it isn't simply an excuse. Supposedly, country's entire customs office is backed up the crap out of right now due to 9 months strike that had happened just until few weeks ago. Everything that's not considered "express" is backlogged (SAL, regular Air, all ship package)
