Koume Keito Doujin Box Set coming to Fakku Store?

Out of curiosity, is there any info on why this release seems to be so delayed? Previous box sets have been up on the store pretty soon after AX, but this one is taking quite a while. Is there more to it than just excess copies getting put on the store?
