$35 USD as the cheapest shipping to Canada. I wanted this too, but I literally just received my $120+ order the other day from Black Friday. I wish this had been available then so I could add it to that order. :(

I'll have to pass, it'll cost me just under $90 USD to get this thing shipped to me, and that's outside of possible customs charges I'd need to pay. Nice to see some people making the purchase, though!

Of course I say this, and then decide to order it along with two other books just to make the most out of the shipping cost. I'll consider it an early Christmas present to myself, haha.

Sorry for the high international shipping costs, unfortunately there really isn't anything we can do at the moment. But I'm glad you were able to buy it before it sold out.

No worries, I know how expensive it can be to ship things here, especially those that are heavy such as books. It's unfortunate, but nothing can really be done on the matter.

I'm just thankful for an opportunity to purchase it at all, so thank you for that. It also pushed me to (finally) purchase a few of the books that I've had my eye on that weren't part of the Black Friday promotions, so added bonus there! At least with UPS Expedited I should get them relatively soon, as mail is generally slow around this time of the year.

EDIT 12/16: Also, I just noticed that the paper used for printing is slightly colored to reflect the color of the cover (i.e., 1K is slightly blue, 2K is slightly red, and 3K is slightly yellow). It's a nice little detail, although at first I thought that the paper had already become discolored. The new box is slightly larger in width and height that the Meme50 one.

Man, I haven't heard about this box set, since there was no posts about this. Is there still some stocks for the physical copies?

It looks like it’s sold out now, maybe they will have more stock at a later date like they did/do with the Meme50 box, but yeah sorry for you man.
Also they did announce it here in the forums. As well as a front page post showing it was now available.

God damn it I missed it. There should really be a way to get email notifications about when limited edition stuff will be available. I don't check the forums here religiously. They also still need to reprint the other box sets.
