Will all of the upcoming manga and dojin releases be available in both digital and physical form?

Some might not be available as physical copies, but the digital option will be there for all books.

This is quite disappointing, I always prefer an actual physical book.

I second this.

Whether or not there's a physical copy will depend on (projected) sales, I'd assume.
So I guess buying the digital version will increase the likelihood of a physical one getting produced.

That works in theory, but I see no reason why I would buy the same product twice. That, combined with my distrust in any digital only products that I could lose if the store disappears (which has happened to me before with one publisher's own DRM-free music store) and general preference for a physical product I can really hold in my hand and that is sure to be here even in 10, 20, 50 years from now, has kept me from buying quite a few things, with only a small number of exceptions for free products and indie games/VNs that would most likely never be able to get a physical copy anyway.

We want to do as many books as possible, it's just as fullfilling for us to have a physical copy in our hands. However books that may not be in print may just be very niche style books that may not be very popular, but we'd still do them as a digital release for those who would enjoy it.

Although I like the majority of styles, I think that the ones I would buy physical are normal. So I have no problem, I can't understand that books aimed to certain public won't be as profitable as others.

I hope I'll be able to get those I want as physical books, we'll see how it plays out in the end. I do understand the reasoning behind the decision, even if I don't like it much. Hopefully someday this business will be profitable enough to allow even these niche books to get a physical release.

The majority of books will be available in both formats, but as Ziggy already has mentioned, we might do digital only releases for certain books. We absolutely don't wanna do something akin to censorship where we remove parts of a book just to appeal to a greater audience.

Digital only releases would be our way to test certain genres out. If there proves to be a demand for it, we'd be happy to do more books--and release them as paperbacks. The alternative would just be to ignore some books because of their content, and we think this is a better approach.

We're going to do books that are very different from the ones we've announced so far, and we're looking forward seeing how the community will react to those.

Only reason i got the real book was it was 10 bucks more. I coulda just bought the digital or pirate it. I probably get the digital one this one if i can. Money tight. Every buck in my weeb fund can pay for my Sora Chinese dress preorder.

Digital only releases will be very rare. The only time it will be digital only is if it's something super niche like loli + ntr + rape with a little futa.

That sounds way more understandable. Thanks for the clarification!

Okay this makes me feel a bit better. I'm one who isn't opposed to dropping a little extra coin for physical copies since it's has more personal value to me then a digital version.

Nothing wrong with some good ol' loli Hentai .-.
The only 2 genre I won't touch is toddlercon and guro. Everything else besides those 2 is fine by me. >:)

So mostly vanilla loli like Henreader's Hatsukoi Ribbon or Mochi's Undead Princess (wink wink nudge nudge) will be getting physical prints?

ah that's a shame since I was hoping on going full physical throughout, but understandable would wish for at least a very limited run though

Hoping for physical releases, I might wait out till 2 more books are out because that'll save shipping costs right?

Yes, you (obviously) only have to pay a single shipping price when ordering multiple physical books at once.

*pricks up ears* So you've picked up some Oyster then?

But seriously, given the price of international postage, I'll be sticking to loading my kindle full of delicious faku PDFs. Murrm, instant gratification. Going to be picking this one up.
