Yeah I agree with about typing how you talk. that's what I try to do ^^;
Yeah! I've been practicing a bit lol before I give people my FC hahaha ^^;;
Huh, I see. cool! I've been doing well. just steadily plugging away at the pages :) Its not especially difficult but It can be super time consuming as you know.
Well from the looks of it, you're doing just fine, don't worry!
And honestly, I don't think I'm that good either heheh.....what character do you like to play?
Yeah, typesetting just takes a while...ugh. And I cant redraw too much since I don't have a drawing tablet.....it just takes soooooooo long. What fonts do you like to use?

Right now, I'm into a few: Bowser Jr, Mega Man, Link, Toon link. Shulk, Samus, and a few others. My top would probably have to be Samus, Link and Bowser Junior. The rest awesome awesome but I need to get better with them.
I personally love using Sans serif fonts and Decorative fonts. I feel like they lend themselves to the most readability (at least sans do) and versatility even though they don't always look the best when over used. Other than the ones I use for the company I can't think of many specific ones I like but I used to hang out at DAfont all the time lol. I was one of THOSE XD Also try to hand draw them whenever possible. its just easier for me sometimes. Though you know what, among the defaults that all computers have Myriad and Cooper Black stand out to me. I used to use those (especially Myriad quite a bit).

Haha, I'll agree with you on the Shulk and Samus ones, I've become a Fire Emblem Fanboy myself though since I've used Marth since I was a kid playing Melee. I'm the kind who plays characters for fun and from the looks of it you do as well. Variety is the spice of life as they say.
DaFont is a fantastic website (and look, as a magazine designer, that's like, half my porn sometimes lol, you're not alone). There's also a site that lets you pull fonts from pictures, though I forget the name.....I'll get it later if you want. San serif is basically the modern age of fonts and are nice and clean. Though there is no way I will draw/write out fonts, I have horrible handwriting (except in cursive, but noone reads that in manga....). I've actually had lots of experience with Myriad Pro, not entirely good ones, but fine enough. Replaced it with Source Sans Pro when I decided to do a turnaround. Not so much to say about Copper Black though.
Fakku has a set font pool? Do tell (if it's not a trade secret lol)

Ditto on that.
Whoa I would love to check out that site that lets you pull fonts from images, that's awesome.The clean sans serif future is just the way I like it lol. Its good to practice the handwriting if possible (I used to be the same way; my handwriting isn't the greatest). It also helps to 1) have a tablet (unless you scan text) and 2) treat them like drawings.
As for the fonts I don't know that they are Fakku's own pool.I don't talk more about it because I don't know if I'm supposed to but I'm pretty sure most of them are fonts that could be found and bought anywhere. They just look awesome is all. In my case I mostly use the fonts for titles and dialogue though. I hand write everything else. Its tough but I love the results it gives me for sure.

Here it is, the site is called: WhatTheFont. I haven't found a use for it, but it'd be cool to see some things. I know my handwriting is better in certain situations say with a paintbrush and on large scale than when writing, but it's a pain. I do have an iPad, but not a graphics tablet, which is very difficult and annoying. At this rate, might have to drop out on the typesetting actually....
Ah, well maybe use the website at some point and see what comes up haha.
