when the books and doujins were moved from the store page this happen. In the store you were abled to view then to 2015.

I have contacted Fakku Support about this when I wanted to "upgrade" my order. I told them I could not find my previous orders from my viewpoint. Thankfully, support could find the orders on their end and the upgrade went along as planned.

My order history only goes back to January 2019, but other than that, no other problems.

Same here, my order history stops at January 2019 but I have orders dating all the way back to September 2014 (which appear correctly in my Library).

My email archive shows orders back to July 2017, but the order history stops at January 2019 on page 30.

Chiming in that I'm also having problems not being able to see orders from way back when the FAKKU books line first started. I can see orders from around Sept. 2018 to now but that's about it.

My order history only goes back to 2019 and I believe that's every order except for 1 which is PuniKano I bought a few years before that. however when I count up my library and then my total items from order I have 8 more items in my library then what my orders add up to but I don't know what they would be other then that 1 that I'm sure of. I counted my library a few times so I'm pretty sure.

Is this going to affect the order I placed on the 7th of July for four books that were released on July, but I haven't recieved them yet, which we are on September 16.

The earliest order showing in my order history is Witchcraft on December 1st, 2018, but I definitely have orders dating all the way back to 2012. Checking my email order confirmations though, the earliest digital edition of anything was in September 2014 (Renai Sample pre-order).

[edit] There are actually a couple of them missing between that December 2018 order and current as well. That being said though, everything does appear to be in my Library, so it's just the Order History that's not quite right yet.

Oldest order I have listed is from February 2017. The oldest email I have for orders is from February 2015.
It seems my list is missing the orders from 2015-16, all but 1 order from 2017, and all orders from 2018. Everything from 2019 through present seems correct.

Is anyone else having an issue with the new dark mode? I turn it on, but every time i go to a new page, like clicking on a chapter, it reverts to original mode. Unsure if this is an issue specifically to me, or using a mobile browser.

I've fixed the issue with the pagination when swapping between the order history and item history pages.

I'm not sure if we'll be able to get that older order history data, from the replies it does seem like it cuts off in late 2018. I'll poke around though, but it'll probably get fixed (if it's possible) after digital purchasing is back online. So let's consider the order history page to show the past 2 years of orders.

I noticed a few items that i bought at your booth at AX 2019 showed up in my order history, but aren't available in my library. I was surprised to see that they were correctly attributed to me. what will it take to get them in my library to enjoy the digital versions?

Kinda the same here. Orders ain't showing up in the order history but they are in my library and they are readable and downloadable.

I seem to have a similar issue to other users where i can only see back to an order placed 2017-02-16.
This order appears on page 5 of my order history. The books purchased in that order also appear as the last
ones in my order history items list. Which goes to page 9. I know that i purchased Renai Sample along with
7 other items, likely in different orders.

All my orders until 2018 are there. I am missing orders before 2018.

Excellent work, I can only imagine how much work it takes to get this all running on such short notice. And very nice to see that the shop elements are now being integrated into the main site rather than split off into a separate application.

I looked around my order history, and almost everything seems fine:
  • All my orders are showing (but I've not been on Fakku very long yet)
    Discounts appear to be correct
    Tracking numbers work
    All items are showing: Digital, digital+book, and merchandise


The one thing I noticed that might be an issue is that I have two open orders waiting for preorder items, but one of those orders has already been shipped partially earlier. It was listed as "partial" (or something along those lines), but in the new store the fact that some of it has already shipped isn't visible. This concerns order number 500712; if desired I can provide a list of received items through a private message or e-mail.

Also, it would be nice if the order list also showed the status of each order.

Alright, other than some missing order receipts, I think things are pretty stable with the order history. Definitely more receipts missing than I expected, but as long as the pre-order information is good (shipping info and tracking numbers), I'm comfortable moving forward getting the store online.

This is good to know! If you don't mind emailing me the details of your order (what shipped so far, what hasn't), I'll try to get the order history updated next week.
