"China warned Google and other popular Web portals Monday that they must do more to block pornographic material from reaching Chinese users, the latest in a series of government crackdowns targeting Internet content."
Hopefully all the old people running the government die out soon and you can start anew. I feel China is long overdue for some kind of freedom revolution.

I'm of chinese origins, but grew up in germany. Since now I have never set foot on chinese grounds. One day I will visit china as a tourist. Yes, a tourist. No way that I would go there to live. Or I should say: It might happen that I stay there for a while because of a job, but I won't choose to live there longer than I must.

Don't they have better things to do? Like solve some economic crisis or whatever needs solving? Govt people sure are dumb... I wonder how dumb people got into high position... I hope that doesn't happen here... D:

As a chinese and live in China now.I will tell you: This's nothing worry about it.
Because people who needs materials can find the resolve way.We will talk it in the forums of chinese,actually a resolve way will be found by wizs.
When the resolve way spread away(in general,wizs will talk in the forum,and people can use search engine,like baidu to find the posts),the government's measures will lose it's effects in real life.

I hate it when any government tries to restrict their citizen from visiting any websites they like. They only ban popular things, if it is not popular then they don't even know it exist.
But like everyone say, when there is a will , there is a way. The more restriction placed, the more eager people are to break them!!!
Let's say NO to internet censorship and let the people decide what they want to see !!!

Youtube,Wiki...chinese goverment has crashdown many webs.China really need a culture revolution,but I don't think this will happened in 10 years.If you have ever been to china ,you will know how bad the chinese goverment is.Even the nintendo wii is banned in China,because it is related to video game,and the game in nintendo wii has some pornographic material,FUCK.

yeah true, its like the acts of very strict parents, the more they try to deprive their child of freedom, the more the child becomes rebellious.
i wish there wont be a rise in the criminal cases involving sex/rape though.
