Hope you do a panel for Otakon too! :<I've been on Fakku for a while, but I haven't really had a need to post until now.
I agree with the idea that Fakku should come to Otakon.
If FAKKU can get a panel for Otakon, I would JIZZ. There should also also be some sort of Yamatogawa vs Kisaragi Gunma argument!!

I think it's hard to find hentai that has a decent story to it.
Anyway, the one thing you should talk about is the negative stigma surrounding hentai. You seem to want to defend it - so do so. All of those other topics belong in other panels.

Discuss how hentai has many genres, if you have a desire, surly there will be something for it. Something along those lines, I'm not in a thinking mood so I'm not sure today.

Have a guy with a counter standing at the door and taking a count of the number of people leaving the room bent over. Just for the lulz.
I'd also have to do some searching for better hentai series. I know I've seen a few good ones, but my memory fails me on all but a few images.

The horrible voice actors they chose to use for the dubs. Bible Black for example. I wish I lived on the east coast.Bible Black/Classically Bad Dubs. Oh, my God, yeah. Judging from the agreement, bad dubbing definitely needs to be on that list! When I saw the first Bible Black way back when (I bought the DVD because my internet connection was too slow), I was horrified by the dubs, especially the nurse. But after watching like 15 minutes of it, I started lmaoing. It's an instant classic.
Method of Coupling. Also, can you mention the first episode of Method of Coupling in your list of awesome hentai? I am forever grateful for you posting it. It had a lot of things that hentai are missing: subtlety, ambiance, nuanced sex scenes, LOTSA INCEST, a realistic storyline and emotional tension. Why don't we have more hentai like that?
Main characters. How come we don't have a lot of broody, intelligent male main characters? Why are they all brown-haired klutzes, and why are the experienced men rapists or apathetic? Why aren't they like Rance, funny, brutal people who enjoy sex?

You can discuss coffees. Where the best coffee is grown, who makes the best coffee. Coffee flavored coffee creamers.

A good amount of people are too egotistic to even consider the "art" in hentai. Basic mentality is, "Who gets off of cartoons???"
I'm sure we all know of people with that mentality.

Curious and Wondering
Unlike Japan, where hentai anime can easily find a draw (for example, one releases a tentacleful of a hentai anime and can find buyers and market IN Japan), foreign countries - especially USA (a very lucrative market, average of $13 billion a year, which undoubtedly draws in foreign porn) - does not have much of the same niches or a niche market as Japan does. Not to mention getting ludicrous dubbing and early bad reputation didn't help it.

Ugh. Yeah, I've encountered more than my fair share of that.
There's also the inevitable idiot or troll who, anytime somebody raises a serious question or wants to discuss aesthetics, chime in with "Why are you discussing this? It's cartoon porn. Just shut up and fap." (usually with far less eloquence)
edit: Hmm, I suppose I should give a recommendation or two for something to watch.
Hatsu Inu - Strange Kind of Woman, episodes 1 and 2. Unique characters, Fujino's wordless expressions are very hot, and there's even a bit of humor in it.
It started diverging from the manga after these two, and - more importantly - the animation quality seemed to drop significantly, so I can't recommend episode 3 and onward.
Words Worth. Porn with plot, and also Stallion. What's not to like?
Sora no Iro, Mizu no Iro. Based on an eroge with art by Taka Tony, this anime does a very good job of sticking to T2's character designs.
Alignment You! You!. For the silly-minded. The characters do actually have depth, though. This one's for the /d/eviants out there.
(For those interested, the story in this is pretty far abridged, compared to the original manga by Matsumoto Drill Laboratory. If you're interested in the manga, it's one of SaHa's Donor Projects.)

Honestly for the longest time I thought of hentai as just something to fap too, but as I got more into anime I liked being able to read doujin's that featured the characters of my favorite anime's, ESPECIALLY if there were romance interests that I thought should of been present in the original anime. I felt that these really helped me feel closer in a way to the characters in the story.
I don't know if there are and hentai movies out there that also feature characters from various anime's romantically/sexually involved but if there are I would totatlly mention it.

Subjects for discussion/review:* The role of doujinshi in the manga and anime industry. There are lots of talented and popular mangaka who got their start drawing porn (ex.: Hirano Kouta, author of Hellsing), and many who still draw ero doujinshi and such as a side job (ex.: Hiroe Rei, author of Black Lagoon, who is still a prolific ero doujinshi mangaka under the circle name TEX-MEX).
* For that matter, make it a point to remind everyone that not all doujinshi is manga, or even pornographic. "Doujinshi" just means it was independently published, and it's a term that applies whether it's an original work or a fan-work, whether it's manga, music albums, games, whatever. Try to help clear this misunderstanding up.
* Again, try to also drive home the reminder that not all Japanese drawn or animated porn is rape, tentacles, girls with improbably huge breasts or cocks growing where they shouldn't, or little girls being molested. Plenty of it is sweet, loving, and heartwarming, and some of it actually has decent plotting.
* Speaking of porn with plot (or vice-versa), the eroge scene. Type-Moon, Nitroplus, and their works. Various licensors of eroge in the Western world (J-List and their associates, MangaGamer, et al), what they do right and what the consumers feel needs to change. Discuss these.
