probably not the best call, If God told me not to look at something that would explain to me the meaning of my existence I'm pretty sure God would be disappointed. Now this is a pretty damn good video, really sad and almost made me cry. The images and the song are great, I loved the ending with her starting to sing in front of her creator/father.

I don't understand much japanese but I know enough to get around 30% of the meaning. Could anyone with more understanding of japanese write a sub for this video? I want to fully understand the story here and not just 'guessing'based on my poor understanding and images alone.

And like I said before, I won't translate the entire thing, but as a concession I'll translate the narration at the end, which is quite a fitting summary of the whole thing.

It really was a miracle.
The robot that was given the name 'Kokoro' sang of all the feelings that came to her.
However, this miracle was temporary.
Her robot body was unable to withstand the weight of the word 'Kokoro', and thus she never moved again.
However, she left behind a pleasant smile on her face.
She looked like, she really did look like, an angel.

Anyway, here's an explanation of what was meant by the 'weight of the word Kokoro':

I understood a little of that, I just didn't catch the part where he tells her not to look into the programming. But I got the general gist of it, and I understood like 40% of the final narration.

And I really look forward to your japanese classes. I need them a lot. Reading is one thing, but getting the adjectives right I haven't learned yet. And I have next to no vocab.
