So get this, you gaiz.

I was takin' this plane hostage, amiryt? Just bein' my muslim self. Death'n to Airports and their absolutely shit food. When all of a sudden, the pilot has a heart attack. ALL OF A SUDDEN, PLANE CHANGES COURSE. SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT. FLYIN' ALL UP AT THE TWIN WANGS. I'm all like "fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuck" while I be tryin' to steer that shit. BUT I'M NOT TRAINED IN THE SECRET ART OF AVIATION. SO LIKE, YOU CAN GUESS WHAT SHIT WENT DOWN. [I blew up the twin towers with my plane. That's what shit went down.]

So how'd you survive?

well. i was in the mountains that time so i didn't hear anything about anything so i learned about it like 4 months later. didn't cause much grief to me.

In France:
I was still in elementary school, 12 yo, my dad picked me up and told me to hurry up in the car because he didn't want to miss a bit of info on T.V.

Was lazy, watching TV instead of going to the university. So saw most of what happened after the first plane hit live on TV. Didn't particularly move me in any way at the time, though. Too far away, on the other side of the ocean, to really make an impact, and seen too many news of terrorist attacks and other catastrophes already, even if not of this magnitude. So yeah, the first thoughts were pretty much "oh, well, another of these".

I was having an English test when they blew up the first tower.

The test actually went relatively well, as opposed to what we feared the bombing might herald.

Then I went home from school and had dinner.

Right on time to see the footage of other tower being blown up.

Was in the 5th grade I think. Anyways, didn't know about it till the end of recess. Being 11 years old, I didn't really understand. Ignorance is bliss I guess. While everybody else was crapping their pants, I was playing with my Legos.
