Gentlemen, I put it to you: should Koko be permitted to return. Today I received a pm from yet another one of her accounts(lets ignore this rule violation for a second to read it and ponder what we should do). I feel like my nuts gonna pop because I just wrote a whole bunch of stuff and it got deleted. Re-written: Hi. Its Koko. Jacob told me to talk to you because he doesn't want any of this childish grudge holding drama bullshit between us most likely. I know you've said and done some things and I have as well. But I'm willing to let that go and move beyond the nonsense for a chance to be back into the forums again with the fakku tiers. Before you even wrote back I know what belittling words and forum rules you'll throw my way. "Don't make any multiple accounts" "That's enough for me to ban you" "Stop causing drama" Personally I get where your coming from for the accounts thing but the drama's a second issue. I will reframe from taking anything to seriously and if anything does arise I will take a step back and walk away. Not further escalating the situation. That's your duty. Don't delete this account until I get a response. How the hell am I suppose to get a response when jacob told me to talk to you if you brush it aside. Now I chose my Koko7 account not only because it's well known but mostly because I will take anything that comes my way BECAUSE it is well known. Also its my first account and has my years and favorites so ): . Yeah. That's it. And I obviously will not make any other accounts once my Koko7 original account is back. And I won't be asking for a change or anything about it. Extra: Will follow forum rules, no guro blah blah I know. I won't do anything against the website or anything that'll get me in trouble. Ignore the glaring grammatical errors. I already have my own opinion but it's not set in stone, I'm going to be open about what you guys have to say. I want you to convince me one way or another whether she should be permitted to return. Don't just post that you think she should be released or rebanned, explain why. The basics you should know: She has been banned for over a year now She has created 47 alts to get around that ban Over the past 3 months she has been fairly silent(1 alt and 3 posts) She has indicated some sort of progress in accepting some responsibility... sorta? She has a vagina and you've probably seen her tits(this might matter to some of you?) To give you an idea of where I am on this I'm leaning towards the ban remaining but as I said I will refrain from judgement for now. I have the okay from Jake to do whatever I want with this, and it was under his advice that she try to appeal to me because any time she did previously I would simply ban her with no reply(my actions should have been enough). This does not mean everyone who was banned gets a parole hearing, but I would be open to doing it if the other mods are okay with the idea. Ill post right on this post with what I remember about the Koko Saga for new people to catch up, it will be spoilered.

I agree with you, some people should be given a second chance.

The thing is though, if you're giving it to Koko, it's kinda unfair to those who got perma-banned and wasn't given a second chance back then, so they quit trying and moved on.

If what it takes to be given a second chance was to make 47 alts, wouldn't it set a bad precedent? Later on, if I was banned because I created a drama and I went all schizophrenic, I'll make 48 alts and try my best to impress all of you again, especially you (Waar) and Jacob, and I'll be given a second chance. It's not really a good precedent to be honest.

I don't have any chat logs or anything, because she hasn't done anything bad/crazy to me personally, but that doesn't change the fact that she went nuts to the rest of the IB frequents here, and there are limits of how you should behave towards other people, even on the internet.

At the end of the day, if everyone thinks she deserves a second chance, I'm okay with it. I'm just a little concerned on how "easy" it is to get away from a perma-ban for her, and how it would set a bad precedent and some other users might try and do the same thing.

EDIT: I guess she's not getting it. Good.

Did they harass people over PMs?
Did they tell everyone to go fuck themselves?

I mean, I'm sure the mods have their own consideration for banning/unbanning them. No matter how shit of a poster you are, that can still be changed. But, with harassing people, creating drama and stuff, that's a different story. That's a problem with attitude and behaviour, not intelligence.

Ok ok we already know this by now, this stuff lasts for who knows how long. But if it was only for that, would waar make this thread? Probably yes but jacob isn't against it and that has got to mean something. I kinda like that the staff allows us to debate their decisions and that jacob's opinion could be ignored (?!) but if it was all already set in stone because of the things you pointed out, then why are we still talking? Isn't it because she's so persistent that it compliments the site's creator? I don't know where I'm going with this but if waar's decision depended only on koko's history, it wouldn't be open to debate. After all, wasn't this thread made in hopes to find something that could be accounted in her favor.

If that "Rika-tan" was really Koko, then it doesn't matter anymore.
If not, well, that doesn't change anything.
After all the shit she's pulled in IB alone (not taking pm's and other sub-forums into account) she shouldn't be allowed back.
Anyway.
Someone said something about old banned users.
Does someone know what is with Zak now ? (would he be allowed to come back at all ?)

She broke the rules several times. She keeps harassing people. I don't really care if she's generally disliked, but the "give her another chance" train was over ages ago.

You're somewhat bonkers if you want her unbanned. Sticking up for her isn't going to help her at all.

I mean I guess besides all the things that she's done? Well there's probably the fact that she'd relapse immediately (if she hadn't already earlier in this thread) and it would make the whole thing an effort in futility. But yeah, discounting those two things, huh, yeah, I guess there's nothing else.
(I really can't see any logical reason for you wanting her unbanned besides the you having some special affinity for her or something.)
