No, it was the other way around. Drifter, Cruz, Takerial and I was trying to find a valid reason behind Opani's opinion, whereas you argued on how Waar has a direct approach towards people and can't accept the fact that he's better than you.

All of the above aside, what is wrong with arguing? Arguing is discussing different opinions, if arguing because of opinion is pointless, every human beings would be closed minded and that wouldn't be good.

You weren't as keen as I expected. Our debate was evolved around Waar yes, but the real point that i was trying to get across was one part, cut equally, cannot be better than the other half. A concept many people seem to forget these days and wonder why the world is in chaos everyday.



There's nothing wrong with a little debate. Its just I think it's a waste of time, and as you notice from drifter earlier, it's not a very friendly debate.

Do you constantly rely on the opinions of others to form and provide backing for your own? Do you really think Jacob's opinion outshines the vast amount of evidence in favour against her? And you still agree with Jacob in spite of it? Why?

Problem with Opani is that he doesn't know how to argue and can't provide any logical reasoning/backing for anything he says, either. So he'll rely on someone else or try to evade it.

Oh yeah, that's probably why he hangs around IB because he tends to think that using one's brain on Incoherent Babbling is nonsense. I suppose this fits perfectly for him since he has the brain of a child, right.

At least that's the kinda vibe he flaunts off whenever he can't reply with a valid reasoning.

Alright, all the bullshit aside so far from what I've gathered the points are as follows:

Reasons to unban:

Entertainment - she is drama personified and to anyone who is uninvolved that's a great thing.

Increase in funds for the site - I think he meant in added revenue from ads but I'm fairly sure she visits the site regardless of her account being banned so it's not a hit to the add revenue and one user is a drop in the bucket.

Jacob - because he believes she should be permitted to return that should also be counted as a point for her.

Reasons to maintain the ban:

Rules - Countless rule violations and probable future ones.

Dangerous precedence - Might convince other previously banned users to attempt a comeback by abusing rules.

Mental instability - No idea what she might do if permitted to return, has a volatile nature and tends to react poorly when faced with people who dislike her.

Am I getting the gist of everything so far?

Now I want to direct a couple of things and clarify a few things as well.

@everyone, Avoid attacking opanihuya for defending her, it's probably the reason no one else has stepped forward to defend her. His point's weren't clear and he could have done better to explain himself but continuously asking "why would you defend her" isn't adding anything to the debate. His reasons for defending her aren't important, his logic and reasoning is, now all he has to do is show some.

If you want someone to return from being banned get them to e-mail Jacob, I'm willing to hear anyone out at this point.

@Solidshit, your original argument about drifter was entirely personal and had literally nothing to do with the debate, what the fuck was that about? It's a good thing Drifter accepted your apology because I would have had issues doing so.

@opanihuya, I'm going to avoid saying anything hostile but you should probably know that you gave a really poor showing in this thread. You asked me if Jacob's "vote" counted for her and I want to explain that it does. He said she should be permitted back if she doesn't pull the same shit again, which she did... 20 minutes after I made this thread. I do want you to sit down and try to write a logical argument as to why she should be permitted back, and when you're unclear I would request you give a bit more information in the future. Also asking someone to say please when he's giving you solid advice that will help you is ridiculous. Jacob didn't offer any "backing" he simply stated that he met her and believed she should be unbanned if she could keep to the rules. There's no justification in that, simply an opinion based only on his personal experience. It's fine to base his point off that, if he simply likes her that's alright but what I'm looking for is why should she be permitted to return, has she shown anything in the past that indicates she's capable of growing? Saying "Jacob thinks so, so I do too" isn't justification. On a final note for you, if you provided logical reasons and they outweighed the negative aspects of the action you could influence Jacob or myself.

@tegs, Accusing him of being a white knight in this case was probably unnecessary, the only purpose it could serve is to make him run away from his point(not that he had a good one) and it's probably why he refuses to give you a straight answer. I'm all for using underhanded tactics when arguing with someone but I wanted an actual debate this time. Koko does have some friends in the CTFG, I've spoken with some so they do exist.

@Gravitycat: You seem to understand one of my objections best, I opened this debate to give her a chance and her response was to spit in my face.

@Drifter: Your argument might have been influenced by your emotions, it flet like it was all over the place and it's made the focal point your personal shit with solid as opposed to whatever your orginally wanted to say.

koko should be unbanned so that we can see how many people actually report any activity that breaks the rules.

Any time she makes a new alt I get at least 3 reports, sometimes more depending on how obvious it is.
