No,it cant be done,if you recall tiny needs to aim the toss to a unit or else he cant toss.
At most the closest situation,is for you to toss an enemy hero to a creep or enemy hero already stuck there.

well, good thought, but i think it'll take a lil' time to set and a bit dangerous for the venge. can be done if your team has a hero taht have blink skill.
and however, if it's really stuck, how will you attack it? melee heroes can't and if it stucked over 600 aoe, most of ranged heroes can't in the end, if the enemy and no stucked, he'll do -unstuck or just simply left the game..

I'm pretty good with most heroes except:
Silencer- this guy needs an escape mechanism. Any gankers like NA, Clinkz, Nevermore will own him.
Storm- awesome hero but not my style.
Dirge- this guy is waaay too boring. All you do is push and ult+walking around.
Tiny- I dont use him enough
Chen- great support but the micro
Meepo-micro lol
Invoker- don't play him enough.
All are great heroes(except Dirge...I really do feel he is useless) that I just need more practice with.
Oh and does anyone agree with me that Naga Siren is the most OP hero in-game.
In any 1v1 situation, naga will win as long as she has a diffusal and heart or manta or bfly which will take no less than 25min to farm. Sure you can ethereal out of her net but then she ults and kills you 4-6sec later. Only problem is farming that much and dieing from her counters such as Axe, ES, and Leshrac early game.
In team clashes, she can easily kill off one hero by cycloning the carry or disabler and ulting. This gives a 4-6sec window for the team to kill the cycloned unit since the unit wasn't affected by the ult. Then, you instantly have the advantage.
Plus she can never die, I mean cmon...3 images, a 5sec net, and an aoe sleep.
That being said, she's my favorite and best hero :)
