Yes based from my experience. Having a 384plan and still lag free. If this is dota and I'm using battle.net or garena, I'm sure to have 1k+ ping.

see they can travel map faster than any dota heroes .

1. Well not really. Since I have a bad connection, playing using garena is a distant dream.
