Sounds too vulnerable. Helium plus soft-skinned airframe equals perfect target drogues. actually(because i'm a damn good engineer) my personal Kirov had a light durasteel armoured plating over the ship, plus i enhanced its engine so it could travel almost twice as fast

Durasteel? Why not Carbon-enhanced Titanium plates? And a good 'ol Goa will do the trick
@Zaft: pretty much the same thing. I lost my suppressor yesterday Q~Q

So, it means that you're still vulnerable against missiles....Well, why not use fighter escorts? Like Su-30s or other CIS-Manufactured aircraft?

World War II tech? Hmmm....speaking of La-5, if Soviet fighters are the subject, I'll choose the Yak-9
@Zaft: I think I misplaced it somewhere...

yep, i love antiques, i especially love it when i have modified antique weaponry to even outmatch some of the most best modern warfare tech. however, i've only achieved that twice.
also if i get hired maybe i can fabricate a new one for you. just gotta know what model weapon its for.
also my favorite hobby is turning household items into makeshift weapons

i'm from the land Down Under(Australia), i absolutely hate it here because the weather is crappy and plus new releases are always arriving late here.
and an interesting fact is that i'm probably the first in my family to be a Military Enthusiast, heck i even joined the Army Cadets here
EDIT: Time 9:00PM approx. telegram states "ALL QUIET ON THE WESTERN FRONT"
. . . love that movie
Dude, we should be friends. I also love that film :]
Oh, Australia...I see
Austeyr and Leopards.
Speaking of such classics, how about Sergeant York? Or you might be pertaining to the remake of the said film?

Vietnam....America's greatest failure.
Yep, correcting History teachers is one of my specialties. Got a suspension for insulting a teacher and his ego X3
Speaking of Assault Rifles, I also like the AK Series, but I find recent designs better, like the TAR-21. If we're talking about the traditional layout, my choice would be the M16, since I used it before.

ah that sounds like a funny story. yes I deeply respect Communism, because they beat America and because now they got America borrowing money off them
really, you used an M16? weird coincidence, i've used an Ak47

Yeah, national debt. In lieu of the proxy wars in the Cold War, the USSR has also it's failures, like Soviet's Vietnam, popularly known as the Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan.
Yeah, I love it's accuracy. Plus, all you need is training to fully utilize the capabilities of the rifle. Since the AK's made for conscripts who barely have sufficient training unlike their western counterparts.
the old M16A1 to be exact.
