Discussing stuff. Well, the Kapitan's not here at the moment.Least the ill-equipped Afghan mujahedin dealt with the Soviets effectively.
But it doesn't mean that I'm pro-West or something :3
ah i see, well i'm not pro-East either, i just like their stuff. i bought a Soviet great wool coat and Ushanka online and currently wearing it as we speak

I'd love to own those things, but the weather's preventing me from practically using it XD
The only Soviet-made thing I own is my Gas mask. A rubbish one actually

really i got an East German Gas mask but thats basically Soviet anyway, all i need is a prop Ak and i got a Soviet Stormtrooper
btw what country are you from?

Philippines. Speaking of military gear, I only got western made ones. I use it for cosplaying and airsoft.
Got 3 sets of BDUs and lots of stuff.

well, your lucky you got airsoft. in Australia, airsoft is illegal so i only got crappy smuggled spring pistols and NERF. as for me I got mainly Soviet made equiptment and a British military wool jumper

So, what type of gas mask do you have?
I'd love to own an S-10 someday, but I'm still saving up for it.
Well, why not make your own prop? Like RPGs or something. It's quite easy.

yeah i guess, anyway i don't know what model it is, they didn't say and when i look for it online, the only result is Russian Gas Mask, really frustrating.
but yeah, i guess i could try to make my own prop guns, the only problem would be which one to make

Since you're gunning for a soviet look, I recommend the old, but trusty RPG-7. Or the larger RPG-29 if you like bigger ones

This thing might help. Speaking of your gas mask, do you have any similar-looking pictures of your mask? I'd love to identify it.

Oh, an East German SchM41M. I got a crappy GP-5 with the coffee can filter (Which is expired as we know it.) I recommend you not using it against real threats, because the filter's expired. (20-30 years if I'm not mistaken in former Soviet stockpiles)

Too bad. It's really fun to scare little kids with it XD
Well, here's a picture of me with my mask and gear. Pic's quite blurry

thats quite the nice equipment you got there, its a shame i got no photos of my stuff, although if i did i'd probably have to simulate a PPSH with a NERF tommy gun

well the PPSH41 had an INCREDIBLE firing rate(possibly as fast as the MG42) and that seems like it'd be the best but i kind of liked the Sten Mk II design not the Mk V however.
Mp40 is a good one as well it wasn't really hard to make although the PPSH and Sten were also cost effective weapons as well
i gotta say the PPSH41

I see. My pic will be the M3 "Grease Gun". I love it's simplicity and ruggedness.
And MG 42....Hitler's Buzzsaw. Too bad the Germans were "Too careful" in using it.
Notwithstanding the MG 42's high rate of fire, the Handbook of the German Army (1940) forbade the firing of more than 250 rounds in a single burst and indicated a sustained rate of no more than 300–350 rounds per minute

One of the weapon's most notable features was its comparatively high rate of fire of about 1,200 rounds per minute, twice the rate of the British Vickers machine gun and American Browning at 600 round/min. didn't it come with the capability to quickly change its barrel in about less than a minute? it also uses the same round as a Mauser 98 Karabiner
