Now this is quite tricky.. I don't think there's any possible solution in normal ways, so I'm assuming you're marking the sea with arrow mark isn't just for nothing.. So..
Starting from the west island.. F-D-A-C-E-B.. You'll end up on the north land.. Throw yourself into the sea current then, you'll end up into the south land by it's current, then cross the last bridge
