There was once a town who only had 2 barbers. The first barber had a very bad haircut, while the other one's was nice. However, most of the townspeople go to the 1st barber to have their hair cut. Why is this so?

Since the town only has 2 barbers, apparently the first barber's hair was cut by the second barber. Signifying the second barber is bad.
While the second barber's hair cut is good, and only can be cut by the first barber, which means the first barber is good :D
