Censorship In Hentai

Censorship will cause me to not download a picture or doujin sometimes, and it will definitely cause me to not download a video.

I dont mind censor unless it's real heavy to the point you cant see things.

I would really like whoever put the censorship law into place to be able to logically explain how it makes sense to censor material that is "Adult Only" in the first place.

but to try to answer that, unlike in the us, in japan they acknowledge the fact that many "young" children are into hentai.. and they try to "tone" things down for them......

I think it's a little retarded especially when you got tentacles out there. I'm just saying its kind of hard to censor tentacle rape. Just throwing that out there. I'm not a tentacle man but I have seen my share of it and hey if you put something like that out there I don't think you need censorship. Just my opinion.

I read somewhere that the use of tentacles actually came about because of the censorship crap. They couldn't show a penis, so they replaced it with tentacles, which they could show.

Censors? They just blurred the image by 5%, that's all! They mind as well just let it be instead of wasting an hour or so blurring their entire release on photoshop or something else.

Some censor are really annoying me like invisible dicks and fucking dark hole in the place there pussy should be... Before I came to America, we have very, very, very few French Hentai and Yaoi. Whatever I could find, their privets were gone. It left me very confused and mad. If I wanted to see two figures having sex with no privets, I would watch Care Bear porn.

I do not mind the blur tool they use, I usually can see threw it or have an idea about it. *Smiles* I get to see how many inches are involved :P

well the thing is, in hentai and all japanese porn, they cant show pubic hair. so they censor it. also they cant show it because they are a conservative people. also hentai is not porn, it is pornographic, but hentai is in its own league. sort of like marsupials, u only know of kangaroos and koalas, so hentai is only a very distant relative to porn. but it is not porn. now the thing is, in japan, some hentais are not censored, japanese hentai artists, and pornographers dont try to censor it, they just can get away with it because that is the law. they are lucky to even have porno and hentai.

1. From what I've seen and heard, they can't show genitals in Japan, not just pubic hair. Actually, I believe they can show pubic hair as long as they don't show any genitals. (Which some crazy Japanese women can do, since they never trim their pubes.) Also, there's a lot of porn/hentai where genitals are censored, but there's no pubic hair because the person is shaved.
2. Hentai is porn. It's material made for sexual release. Hentai usually graphically features people having sex, just like porn movies like Deepthroat and Star Whores. Things may be different, but hentai is still porn.

Oddly enough, I don't generally notice censorship. I guess I'm just to preoccupied to notice.

Censorship is annoying only when taken too far, I think.

A blurred penis or vagina is pretty easy to circumvent, but when you have those black blobs, or invisible penises, or that thing Illusion does in their games where they do not render the head and mosaic the rest of it, that annoys me.

Not because I cannot see the genitals, mind, but because it's so jarring to the actual picture that it repeatedly draws my attention away from whatever I was fapping to.
