the sudden and abrupt manifestation of a quadrillion pennies throws the earth a fraction off it's axis. the effects of this change were not immediately noticed but slowly and surely the earths orbit began to decrease in size, growing smaller and smaller until the oxygen in the earth's atmosphere begins to burn, turning the earth into a barren smoldering wasteland whose only remaining inhabitants are seventeen cockroaches and Dick Cheney. This remains the status quo for a few years until Dick Cheney chokes to death on the last of the cockroaches. Following this the cockroach crawls out of the former vice president's mouth and loudly declares that "there can be only one" and it lives out the rest of its days until the earth crashes into the sun.
Also you are crushed under the weight of the pennies.
