So, I'm not sure when to start the next element wars yet, but if you guys say so, I can start it really soon.
Mibu and I done with the changes we wanted to have at last. And sorry to say this Girlfountain, but I don't plan to use your suggested ability sets that you posted on the Element wars V3 thread. My sincerest apologies for it.
We're having several changes/differences on Element Was V4, here's a small list of it:
1.) We have field-effect abilities, these abilities lasts until the end of the day. Of course, with that, a new basic rule of "no stacking" them comes along with it.
2.) All elements gains 15 MP at the end of the day. There may not be many notable differences for the players, but for me, the GM, there are some differences
3.) There will be "World Notice" posts that will give complete list of all the moves, effects, damages, healing, etc at the end of the day, in other words, a more advanced dominance chart (its really useful for the GM and players). At the end of the post, the new day will be announced.
4.) Some elements you may have known are cut off. We only have 7 elements this time.
5.) There's another new basic rule stating that an ability that specifies multiple targets cannot be used to target the same element multiple times.
6.) Special abilities are included, all of them costs 50 MP.
7.) There are no abilities that includes forum conditions, such as "you cannot target this element until 5 legit posts are made" or "you may pick out an ability used on the last three pages".
8.) There are no abilities that causes random effects or reduces ratings of an element randomly.
9.) There are no abilities that requires you to secretly PM the GM.
10.) The GM will join the game this time. :P
And finally, the new element overview:
The "good" and "bad" will be included soon... maybe. There are chances for changes to be made in there... some changes... we'll inform of the changes if we do have any. > >;;

Anyway, I plan to start the Element wars V4 in the coming days.... who knows... it may even be up in some hours...
I'll keep the sign ups open for a week or so. Let's see how this goes.

Kinda get it now. You can cast one of the elements ability twice a day, whether it be the same or different, and you have to chose a target for the said abilities? But, you only have a certain amount of MP. So what is the beginning MP then?
