They were announced on the Books forum, but this is the first time they're announced publicly/officially.

Something that was said in the books forum is not "official"?

Also, lol I was like "hmm that one bonus books looks familiar" only to find I bought the Japanese version of that book back last year in Akihabara...silly me.
