Going to side with you on the Batman comment, best superhero in my own opinion (biased I know lol).
I really think Superman would win in all honesty even before/after watching deathbattle; I love that series, they make it entertaining. Goku's downfall is that he want's his opponents to be at their prime to fight with and if he didn't use any dirty tricks against opponents and in this case, superman has a chance of defeating Goku, the battle would be close though.

Agreed, in personal preference I like Goku over Superman.... I never found it appealing to wear your underwear over your uniform phhffft
