Knight apparently didn't even get the Master title in beta but General, lots of complaining gave them Master as well.
You've played the Warrior, you know this quite well. (And, IIRC, you've tried a bit of KotFE with an instant 60 as well.)

They finish pretty much at the same time, only after beating Baras do you get the message saying that the new Voice was killed by a Jedi.
There were a couple added in the Cartel Market packs.

I think there are customization packs available that have a chance of having these, and there's always the possibility of finding them on the GTN.
