ever tried some of your own preferred practices on trying to get the writing mood back quickly?
I think it could also be noted that when you tried to become as perfectionist as possible, it might be hard just to get back on track, I'm also speaking of this from personal experience~

Hm, no. I just write as it comes along. I don't spend time practicing, whatever I posted were pretty much the only thing I've written.

ah I see~
I don't really practice much nowadays, and the last time I drilled so much words in various sittings was around last November, yeah, it was at nanowrimo. that pretty much gets up the juices flowing although all I did was just writing bunch of nonsense just to reach the target word count of 50k
I probably should try some regular drills like writing whatever I could think of, aside from my usual writing projects, starting at 1500 words a day, I felt like I'm started to get rusty

Hm... to me, rather than set a word limit, it's better to set, say, one scene per day. Based on the main projects ofc, and how can you branch it.
Unrelated random scribbles don't seem very helpful.

write a certain amount of scene huh, like practicing how to write battle scenes for example? ah yeah, now I get what you mean. I used to do that too when I wrote for my previous projects~
my train of thought were mostly too random, and most of time I couldn't really figure out what the fuck I am writing. guess it's mostly just for fun so I could get a grasp on what I could write after dropping all the random shit?
oh yeah, to easily get the word limit I mostly just pair up the words that rhyme with one another in a haphazard way. It's pretty fun so to say~

Well, it doesnt have to be battles. Just push the story in some way. A simple conversation qualifies as a scene too, if it somehow advances the plot.
0
ah yeah that too~
well the random scribbles might help if you could get something to have fun with it. pretty helpful when you're just trying to get a feel on stuff, for me tho~

So anyway, with one series finished and the other updated, I'll probably take a break and wait for comments. Now to focus on waiting for a result.

by blowing a hole in the scholarship.
i thought i'd buy a ps3 solely for At3, but it was a terrible shame that the game ended up mediocre. but the ps3 was a good buy nonetheless.

scholarship money eh? it's nice being smart, I guess~
now I am on the other hand had tons of problems because of my inability to keep up with my studies

well, like getting troubles with my family because of terrible grades. and err...it's not much of a problem of delayed graduation, but still yeah~
I'm fucking lazy when it comes to this stuff, and to top of that, I'm nowhere near smart, so I'm probably pretty much doomed

enjoying huh, that reminds me if I could travel back in time I wish I had chosen theoretical Chemistry instead of Chem Engineering or even Computer Science~
I'm just tend to stuck with getting the major that I can't seem to really enjoy, or maybe it's just the way the education system provides which made me unable to appreciate it? I don't know for sure

well, you can always study it now. self-study will be hard, but if you manage then doing grad work on theo chem is very much possible.
0
ah okay, I guess I'll be studying it by myself, never looked up things pertaining science studies recently. I'm not particularly looking for a job on that field (e.g : a scientist) just mostly for fun~
nah, self study had always been my forte because I could set my own pace and whatnot, and believe this, I tend to have a hard time keeping up with my education when imposed to a certain standard by having to keep up with many others in a way which I tend to dislike. but the hardest thing were probably how to motivate myself to pursue the boundless knowledge

Sounds more like excuses to me. Whether you keep up with others or not isn't the issue. The issue is simply whether you're able to produce a certain level of result expected from you.
