But if people want him in this, given his circumstances with god, then whatever, as long as it's not some Yuuki Rito/Negi crap, cuz if stuff like that gets in then the whole point of this thing is kinda lost.

Nah.... I realize he can`t be GAR at some point (where he actually the one that can be pulled around by that God which null his Gar-ness.....) About Negi and Yuuki Rito.... did they mistakes kindness to Gar-ness???

You know who's GAR? Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho. He's fucking GAR because his punch can bring demons down to their knees, not to mention that he's got demon-king blood in him. He also wins his fights when something's on the line. Let's not forget his signature trademark icon the spirit gun.

villains as well I assume, but if they do bad shit like hit girls or anything that would be considered unmanly then they disqualify themselves... basically a villain with some morals... not many exist.

Like Memphisto, I'm nominating Guin from Guin Saga. On the first episode upon waking up he already owned a squad of soldiers and punching their captain into the ground.Also, he's a brilliant strategist easily humbling army forces larger than his by using psychological tactics and knowledge of the terrain of the battlefield.

Gonna add a new one, just watched Kurozuka... had to add Kuro to the list... he's not well known but I just watched him drop his mortal enemy off the side of a building (most protagonists pussy out and help them up). Can't really question a vampire samurai born in 12th century Japan, now fighting zombies and robots in a post apocalyptic world... He even get's to bone another hottie vampire in the first or second episode.

Its Tenchou from Lucky Star always in high spirits, a persistent guy who never give up in selling his merchandise to the so called 'legendary otaku'.The way he speaks and is animated clearly shown the he is one shopkeeper with a gar attitude.

tbh im not sure if you have the right character, if you're talking about the guy who keeps yelling, he does seem to fit the GAR characteristics fairly well, but the dude with the red scarf (like your picture) seemed to be a bit of a bitch in that vid...
