Currently near the outskirts of the ruins of the old city of Ostia. I've heard of what happened here, but it looks like some restoration has been taking place. I wonder if there is something that messes with magic? I upgraded my GPS systems to work with magic since there aren't any satellites in orbit around this world (except for an odd one that appears to be for military purposes), but it seems to get more and more unreliable the closer I get to the ruins. Maybe it's a sign that I should stay away?

Dun know the situation there...I just arrived on Granicus...low on maneeh...

Granicus...is that the city where they hold the fighting tournaments? How are things there right now? if you are low on power you should rest. I was thinking of visiting there, but when I appeared here, I was way off course. I came to Ostia because it was the nearest thing on the map, but I don't see anyone here that can help me get back to civilization. My GPS has a built in teleporter that can supposedly take me anywhere, but it's for emergency situations only since it consumes a lot of power and I'm not sure I should use it now that it's getting all screwy near the ruins. I guess I have to travel somewhere and hope that the teleporter is accurate to send me somewhere.

Joining the tournament to earn some drachma then I'm off to Ostia.
You gotta save that teleporter thingy there if you happen to be
in an emergency in the future, if I say so myself.

I guess I'll set up camp then and wait for a while. I see a mountain range in the distance. I'm prepared for cold conditions, but I hope the mountains aren't too hard to cross. My weapon systems are solar based so I'll just charge up some power cells for when night falls. I can fight during the day without power back up, but at night I need power cells for them.

Good luck at the tournament. I hear they get the best fighters from all over the world competing there. Even if you loose, you should still get some runner-up money.
