I guess I'll get my weapons ready just in case I meet someone then, friendly or not. These weapons are such a hassle. They are powerful, yes, but the fact that they need the sun's power to function properly make them a little inconvenient at night or on cloudy days if I don't have charged power cells nearby. I usually have three fully charged ones hanging on my belt, but for some reason they discharged when I came to this world. They are recharging properly now, though.

How is the tournament going? How many Drachma do you earn if you win?

The night sure goes by quickly when you are tired. Campfire light isn't much, but it finished charging my power cells overnight and it's a bright day today so I shouldn't need them anyway.

I see a small airship off in the horizon. If I try getting out of here on foot It'll probably take me weeks to get to the nearest city so it's in my best interest to flag them down. I'll send up the brightest flare I can make, but it's really far away so I wonder if they will see it? I hope I'm not making a mistake by bringing them here, either.
