If that's the case you'll fail often when it comes to recommending an anime. One with a tad bit of gray matter would ask questions instead of blindly follow. If you're going to recommend an anime, you have to back it up with a valid reason instead of a bogus claim like what you've done.

You do have a point. DxD used boobs to distract people from the plot. IS never went far with neither boobs nor plot.

Season 1 lures the viewer with massive amounts of boobs.
Season 2 still has boobs, but the main character is unlocking his power.
Season 3 the main character finally unlocks his super special awesome power and boobs are now a power up mechanic.
Season 4 MC powers up even more and completely establishes the story as a fighting adventure story with boobs.
Season 5 is the tournament arc and some boobs.
Everything else afterwards is the same.

Either this is a joke or the LN really takes this route. Thanks for telling me what to expect going in if that's the truth.

Hopefully the main antagonist isn't a colorful haired old bitch with no logical motive and adds forced as hell yuri fanservice. Then I really have no reason to watch it.

There is no main antagonist, the MC makes each antagonist of the arc his bitch with the power of boobs and Strike Freedom esque power armor.

As long as the MC isn't a uber Mary Sue, doesn't have biggest Mary Sue girlfriend ever in any medium of entertainment, and doesn't preach a philosophy and then immediately turn his back on it every other scene in the anime and never gets punished for having said philosophy even through it's made apparent throughout the anime and its sequel that it's a clear danger to the survival of the people he holds near and dear and wants to protect then I think I will content with watching that series.

MC is the world's biggest perv, but is subconsciously afraid of relationships with girls due to what happened in vol 1. MC preaches about the greatness of oppai and is never punished for his blatant love of oppai. GF has large oppai and is an oujou character that gives her oppai freely to him.

Series is all about oppai, bros, loli oppai, trap bros, kemonomimi oppai, cool bros, oppai laser, sentai, and oppai dragon.

Compelling political and war drama with great character development = OK, worth a shot
Compelling political and war drama with great character development with robots in the background = NOPEFUCKYOURSHIT

There's being mindful of other people's tastes and still pitching something to them in a way that makes them want to at least try it, and then there's giving the finger to someone at just the mention of a taboo word.

Except for age and fighter most gundam series were good. IS isn't a good series on my side. Meh to meh and a half.
