And the Spanish Inquisition is most effective when its unexpected, and you ruined the surprise waar.
I'm kinda disappointed in this thread now.
On side note, I only played the first dragon age until I saw the first sex scene. I felt cheated out of my 5$ I spent on it and left disappointed as well and never played again.
Too much disappointment in a single thread now.

DA origins is spectacular, anyone who didn't like it probably has down syndrome, DA 2 was good if you consider the fact it was made in 6 months, but Bioware was pressured by EA to get it out(btw, DA2 was originally planned as an expansion for DAO but EA rushed it as a sequel for profits). There are some real disappointments in DA2 but every review Ive seen up to now has stated everything that was wrong with DA2 isnt a problem in DAI.

Not an issue in DQI apparently. Supposed to be a shit ton to still do after last story parts and that's not including any DLC that they are for sure already planning if not already done with.

Most rpg's aren't open world, skyrim brought something new to the whole genre, so for you to say all of that makes me question whether you're a rpg fan, or at least how many of the classics you've played. Most stories and games end after the linear storyline is done.

I can't really fault DA:O for not having an endgame when the warden has zero plot armor.
But yeah, the hype might actually be real for this one. It's not tiny like Kirkwall Explorer and it's basically returning to the scope that made DA:O a lot more compelling.
Tactical combat still sucks dick though. This game is forever-consolized on that front, but everything else is making me moisten my seat.

Really? Tactical seems to be just like DAO, in fact they added features to it.
