While decent it is often times overrated and considered TOO DEEP FOR YOU. Specifically the ending which is actually what people think is good along with the new movies. Anno has stated many times that all those bible references were added to the show and movies because they look cool and not because they mean anything significant.

It was a good show

I never really cared for the anime too much, but the movies, 1.0 and 2.22, I love very much. I can't wait for the next installment.

I don't really have an opinion on it because I've never watched it and don't plan to in the near future.

Death Of The Family. Batman's new crossover story that marks the return of The Joker to the New 52.

I've never watched it. Been meaning to for the last four years but I haven't gotten enough motivation to do so. New anime keep piling up on my watch list.

It's a DC thing.

When I was a tennager I thought it was. But back then it was easy to ignore how terrible of a character all the males were in that anime because I was a horny kid and only cared about Asuka, Misato, Rei and Hikari. Looking back it is still quite good but has a decent amount of flaws. It's hard to say which anime is the best, it's not only a subjective thing but also something my memory can't handle. I can't even remember the ones I watched last year let alone throughout my life. The only one that sticks to mind whenever someone asks this is Cowboy Bebop, but that's a biased answer since the OST blows my mind. They left a lot of open ends and simplified a lot of the character back story. But still a great anime, definitely better than NGE. Bear in mind I have only watched the first anime and the first two OVAs.

Steins;gate = best anime.
Disappearance = best movie.
