I agree, there is absolutely some kind of legitimate reason behind Mako's erratic behavior, the antagonists goals are very clear (they don't just stand as obstacles), that teacher with the sunglasses had a fair reason to strip naked while talking to Ryuko, busting down doors is common practice in the real world. Oh, and every time an important leader talks to people, a blinding light shines down from behind them to emphasize their brilliance.
I don't feel I need to go on.



I really just don't know what to say to this. Are you sure it was AoT you were watching?
I can't tell if you honestly believe AoT had no plot or if you're just saying that for the sake of argument.
This honestly is not an opinion based statement: AoT obviously has a lot of plot outside of killing Titans, anyone could see it.
I'm not going to sit here and type it all out just to prove you wrong or anything, I don't wanna be here all day.

Alright, I can understand that and I sympathize with it in a way. And it's true I shouldn't have gotten so heated over your comment. It wasn't really the AoT comparison that pissed me off, it was just the moment I snapped, I lashed out at whatever was there. I'm just so damn tired of people bashing KlK when only two, almost three, episodes have been released. For all anyone knows the plot could have some serious depth and the primary antagonist could have a good reason to do what she does.

Glad to see we could come to an understanding. I'm still watching KlK so my opinion could easily change.
Here's hoping for the best.

Dude, this is Trigger we're talking about. They weren't aiming for something serious. Heck TTGL & Panty and Stockings are way over the top, yet only special kinds of people complain about it.




Well although not bad, AoT itself isn't that great. The characters don't get much devolpment(in the anime) outside of Eren, and his whole shtick is, "TITANS BAD, TITANS KILL MOMMY, EREN KILL ALL TITANS", only to have to whole story turn around and say, "No Eren, you are the titans".

A lot characters die, or turn out to be titans themselves. I know the story is no where near done, but come on.

Anyone who isn't the main trio and Jean is practically characterless except a few qualities.

But it's not nearly as bad as Jewvian was initially making it out to be and thats what I was getting at.

I actually wasn't. The animation made the already disturbed characters even more disturbing, thus adding to the psychological thrill of the story. The voice actors conveyed the characters in a realistic manner rather than some eye-candy shit.

Sure, that sounds like it would be cool, how though?
