It seemed to be what you were headed for back when I left. Even if your posts are more uncommon now it makes me happy that my thread is a place people still feel welcome. ^^

Yep! I'm sure that's not an every day occurrence around here, but this thread has been special to me, partly because of all the special people here on Fakku. I used to say this all the time but I never really expected my favorite community to be on a site like this.

I mean, there are lots of sites out there that talk about anime or whatever else. But try as I might, I never really fit in on those sites. I always ended up being something of a lurker instead. Fakku is different though. People here are always so welcoming to me and have so many interesting things to say.

I guess it really drew me out of my shell. So even after such a long absence, I'm not surprised I came back.. especially to this thread. People here are so supportive and it shows. There have been a number of times I couldn't post for awhile and have seen my thread still getting posts. It's really quite touching.

Okay I think you and I will get along very well lol. I am pretty much the exact same way. Started off helping Alice with the girls club, now I just help her with the club and frequent to other's clubs (too many fun user's clubs for me to care about making my own lol).

I know right? So many times I've gone to user threads just because I'm curious what they are talking about and gone "omg, so true!" or been like "This song that was posted.. *sparkly eyes* It's so great!"

Since you seem like someone who likes the story behind user groups, I guess I'll tell you the inspiration behind this place. This thread is based on a place I go when I meditate. Kind of my peaceful place if will. It's always been like my dream home. Back when I first decided to make this thread, personal user threads were just gaining popularity. I knew I wanted to add something to Fakku. Something that perhaps was different than other user threads.

I asked myself "what can I contribute?" I realized that although there were some threads popping up, they were all about a user. A hang out zone to talk with or about them if you will. But none were specifically meant as place you could go to relax.

Suddenly I thought of my forest and it just seemed right to see how people on Fakku would receive it. Nothing could be more me. It was something with character, something fun. I couldn't be more happy with the way it's turned out. I truly feel like the haven is a home for people on Fakku. Not just for me, but so many other users as well. They can come here and know that it is a happy place.

I've been told as much by others. That's exciting because I truly do care about the people here.

It has been a while huh? From what I gathered, still seems like you still have some stuff to sort out in your life ^^ Hope everything goes well for you there Maho! Hope you've been doing well too!

That's actually pretty neat and from lurking a little in your thread, I get what you wanted to do with the place. It's pretty awesome to say the least, so I'll probably frequent here as I do most threads when I have the time (though with trying to get my nursing license atm, may be a little less then I'd like to do).

Hope to get better acquainted with you in the future, this looks like it will be a fun friendship indeed (^^)
