That's too bad things didn't go as planned, but I like your attitude about it. You have your battle plan, your gearing up and your going for it. That's actually not an easy thing to do. I mean, it always sounds easy, but it takes a lot of hard work.

Um, not really sure what to say. I'm getting some tutoring at a college in my area. I never made it out of high school due to having such a rough life, so I'm getting some assistance in getting my GED at last. It's going slower than I like, but it's really awesome to finally be understanding all sorts of stuff I should have known years ago.

It really gives you a sense of accomplishment when you are learning and growing a bit day by day. It doesn't leave me with time for much else, but it's still pretty neat!

Well, I've felt trolled by him a couple of times. Also that anything I say to him is never taken seriously.

no offense aci, but I honestly don't see Jacob in that way at all. I think he's a pretty good guy, and you have to remember that he's probably under a lot of pressure managing such a large forum.I havent had a whole lot of contact with him tho.

Yes, I believe so.. I rarely call it by the full name like that and it's late. (I can't sleep) But yes, I think that's the name of it. lol

As for Shane's comments, I do not feel that a lack of knowledge in coding makes his opinion any less or more valid. I could understand if he were suggesting specific things on the site that are used wrong or needed recoded.

However, I see Shane's comments mostly as someone stating "As a frequent user of this site, I often feel ignored by key members of staff and would like the ability to have more input." Therefore, I see nothing truly wrong with this. It is also fair to say that he seems to take this out on Jacob, and I can see that some view this as unfair.

For Shane though, I think he simply is using Jacob as a poster child for this sense of abandonment he feels, and not specifically because he especially dislikes him. It's my opinion that if Jacob responded to Shane more, this would ease things between them, because all Shane truly wants is some acknowledgement.

Maybe it depends who you are. I'm a nobody so that's probably why he treats me that way.

Hmm.. I dunno Manga. My interests are pretty broad. I doubt this narrows it much, but if it's lovey-dovey or really fantasy based, I'm almost sure to like it. I really like if a story is involved or takes you unexpected places too.

I mean, heck, I liked "analogue: A hate story" and when you sit back and think about it, it's was actually a pretty generic VN.

hmm, well, if its fantasy
I liked Tears to Tiara, art was meh, but story was not bad
I really liked Sengoku Rance for the combat system, and Big bang age for the same thing.
Da capo was ok for a romancey VN
quality wise, the story is great in most type-moon works, and for a good but sad story, Key's works are also great

Awesome suggestions. I will look into each one I think. I actually remember hearing from someone awhile back that they really liked Sengoku Rance, and that I should check it out. I saw some info on it and wanted to try it out. Thanks for reminding me!

as for VNs: Try Princess Waltz. I really liked it, for its Battle System, too
