Buy items with spell vamp. Stuff like Hextech Revolver, Hextech Gunblade, and Will of the Ancients give spell vamp.

umm I'm not really sure about item~ but their behavior is so easy to read~
Yeah, bots won't farm creeps for gold, but they still get items around the same time, so even if you repeatedly kill them early on, it won't set them back like it would a human. Since they gain items at a set rate I think.

still cannot see why melee heroes/champs is strong in that game except the one who have blink or dash abilities~

Most of the ones that don't have dashes/blinks just scale up into really strong tanks, mostly the current "Juggernauts" that they reworked recently. Few have heavy damage but for the most part it's tanks with gap closers for melee.
