No one's vote counts. The real election is three weeks to a month after the public one.
Electors assemble in their respective states on Monday after the second Wednesday in December. They are pledged and expected, but not required, to vote for the candidates they represent. Separate ballots are cast for President and Vice President, after which the electoral college ceases to exist for another four years.
Even in the primary. None of the delegates really have to vote for the person who won the state. They usually do but not really have to.

Hawai'i is predominantly a liberal state, so your vote isn't worth much.
And I'm more mad about your reason for voting.

Ironic, considering his dumb plan for a border wall appeals to people living on an island over 2,500 miles from Tijuana.

1. Assuming just that is the reason why they like him? You don't seem to realize that the liberal govt. officials here are forcing us to receive refugees. Even though majority rule against it.
2. How's it dumb? We send billions of dollars to Mexico in foreign aid. We have many trade agreements with them. It's the most practical part of his plan.

The problem is that majority of the refugees are actually illegal immigrants from africa and other parts of the middle-east. They are taking advantage of the situation in order to be let into more developed countries.
I feel sympathy for real refugees, they get a bad name from those that cause trouble.

Sorry Reno, gonna have to agree with the Baka on this one. You don't live in the states most affected by illegal immigration in the US, I don't want your vote to determines what happens with tax money from those most impacted...
And as I already said before, even if Mexico were to build the wall, which they won't, it's going to be expensive to maintain and patrol. It probably won't completely stop people crossing the border entirely (it will severely dent organized crime though, so huzzah?!), but most importantly it doesn't attack the heart of the problem when it comes to illegal immigration.
I know the Mexican government isn't a saint when it comes to illegal immigration, but telling them to do something absurdly expensive or face giant tariffs isn't beneficial. Especially considering Mexico is our 3rd largest trade partner meaning even less economic stability.

So even though it affects the entire country, I shouldnt have a say because I dont live in a place that is most affected by it?
We literally send them a ton of money every year. All we got to do is cut it off.
And you think think that illegal immigration cant be stopped and so we shouldnt try?

Yeah. I don't think it's right for me to shit on some New Yorker's yard and then say, HEY, IT'S BOTH OF OUR COUNTRY.
I never said anything about foreign aid. I was talking about trade and tariffs. Personally I don't think the US should give foreign aid to any country except for disaster relief.
I never said we couldn't stop it, just that a wall is big, useless and doesn't actually stop it. As I've told you many times, most people here illegally are those using fake visas or are overstaying their welcome with their visitor ones. You are actually ignoring reality for the sake of sucking of Trump's orange dick.

Apparently, elections are serious business.
I have the right to vote, or not, and I'm going to exercise my right NOT to vote.
Don't worry, I won't complain about the president, they're all figureheads anyway.
