Well Putin reckons he could take Kiev in a fortnight, he ain't gonna start anytime soon so you at least got that long and however much buffer zone between you and the Reds.

Jokes aside, the Ukraine conflict is getting pretty tense but I rarely hear anything from the news nowadays. They've even shut up about MH17 which was about as much coverage as I can get from the idiot box about this whole SNAFU.

Heck, I don't even know what they're going on about anymore there. They don't talk about Ukraine, they BARELY talk about IS. Mass media is just distracting people with hot gossip about whoever the fuck in tinsel town.

Well we do get some coverage but I do not rely on domestic media.

I think we still got a couple. Check the Battle rifle section on the second floor... I am sure there are two G28 on my workbench though.

Speaking of HK, looks like the latest HK416A5s are being designated the G38 by the Bundeswehr and government. Though the Bundes have yet to procure them for service, the fact that they've given it a designation means they're likely to do so in the future.

Another lovely fact, GSG 9(German CT Special Forces) uses a licensed SiG SG551 designated as the G37 so that's the step between G36 and HK416.

I heard there are some complains about G36 accuracy in prolonged engagements namely: when the guns runs hot the accuracy drops massively. Maybe it's about that... or maybe it got something to do with Empire of Orussia sticking horns out to get a more or less compatible model to the field if needed...
