In other news our police is getting Hollow point as standard issue ammo.

Hmm, seems police force is getting fond of HP rounds. Lot more stopping power which makes sense since they only use pistols as a last resort. . . or at least that's how it is in theory. Considering how trigger happy some of the world's law enforcement is, I'm not sure how much I like this trend.

well there has been talk to get our police hollow points for like 20 years... maybe the recent dog incident in Slovakia finally convinced A) Slovakian police to look for better firearm than Vz 82 with milsurp steel ball ammo and B) Czech police to get hollow point for their CZ 75 variants (they're using several models)

So. . . thoughts on IS? Besides the fact that they can't seem to stick to a name; IS, ISI, ISIS and ISIL.

Though I rather we don't end up just going off about how much we disapprove of IS. Suffice to say, I think it'd be rather disturbing if you DID approve of them.

Now these guys have been around for quite a while now, in fact it's been more than a year since they declared themselves on April 9th last year and to this day I am still disappointed that we've done so little about them besides tut and disapprove of them.

Well I've been sick for the past week(yeah, doesn't really excuse my lack of activity here really), so I have nothing else to do but look this stuff up. Sad, I know but what do. I can't help but watch the world as it falls apart.
