No contest for me. Tony Taka all the way. Tony is much better at drawing faces in my opinion, and his girl's bodies seen a little bit more in proportion to me. That, and I love Tony's bishojo style of girls with increadibly pretty faces. Tony really makes the bishojo style come into it's own.

lol, you'll be surprised how hardcore Tony Taka can be. You just need to play the Right Vns, and don't just look at the manga/doujin and magazine scans.

T2's doesn't do sex sometimes in Comiket work whereas Ishieki does.
T2's doesn't do color doujins, Ishieki does.
T2 does have some good CG sets that have sex, Ishieki doesn't.

He's done more game character design, anime illustrations and H material.
Though Ishike has some great erotic works that imho is better than T2. So my vote Iam basing it on the achievement of these 2 artist.
