You say it's spring time now? You should recheck again with Lily.Cut some slack for poor lil' imposter Zafi; his country doesn't have spring hahahahahahahahahahahaame too[/h]hahaha.
Anybody interested to play PCB to celebrate spring? Since 2 years ago, I kinda developed the habit to do so myself. But now with my gamepad totally BBQ'd, which leaves only my cheap keyboard to boot, it's totally beyond my capabilities for this year.
Pfft, that would be an understatement. My spring came on so fast, I had a 10 foot high snow bank (more like a hill) melt in roughly 3 days of sunshine and 60 degree Fahrenheit weather... and this was coming from a fresh snow fall the day before the sunshine and 60 degree days.
I'd run PCB, but Ran is occupying any of my attention I try to give the game.

ZvezdaThe ending. How have you seen it?
The Ending will be a time of great sadness and even greater loss. But, with the Ending, a new Beginning will start. How we interpret the new Beginning, will define the next Ending.
...Oh, in terms of Sekai Seifuku: Bouryaku no Zvezda? Hmm... I guess it'll end on a cliffhanger. It's either that, or it'll end the same way as how it began.

I'm not sure if it was a cliffhanger or not

There's still one more episode, so we won't know until then. It just feels like it will be though.
I have to argue that Pepel wasn't the 2nd best. The second best was KuruMi. If you don't accept that, then I'd agree that Pepel was the 2nd best.

Sounds like a fun place to live in. This country is rather boring because it doesn't feature snow or anything as funky.
You shouldn't let that Nerd Fox bother you. If you still cannot get over her, then you better play Eiyuu*Senki Gold in my stead.

I hope everyone has been making preparations for this over the last month. Hokkai Rising is coming soon. As you can see a new banner was promised, so a new banner was delivered. Now I know my schedule for April and part of May, therefore I can put forward dates and information to get this event going.
Important Dates
Registration: April 23rd to April 30th
Easy Mode: May 1st to May 15th
Normal Mode: May 17th to May 31st
Format
This will be a cumulative scoring event, which is part of the reason why each mode is 2 weeks long. There will be no restrictions on which playable characters you use. Part of the goal of this event is to get everyone playing UFO as much as possible. To that end, it will be possible to out-score the competition with repeated runs even if none of them are 1cc's.
Details on submission process coming soon. I have some tricks up my sleeve for this.
Why is each mode 2 weeks long?
UFO isn't the easiest game and the scoring system both lend themselves to having a relatively long event. Players that noticeably improve their scoring/abilities or stay consistent in their play frequency will be rewarded.
I still haven't perfected stage 5. [/h]

Thats right. Hokkai Unlimited might be a better name for the event.

I probably won't be participating in this event. I'm so far behind in school work, I am literally not going to graduate if I put it off any longer. You are quite the prophetic procrastinator.

Prophetic? You honor me with your words, but I am no where near being a prophetic procrastinator. I just look at it the way things are, and state the obvious.

Moderate to severe is an understatement. Flan-chan's moments would make me lose catastrophical amounts of blood.

Her last spell just caught me off guard. Pulled through somehow.
Off topic, I found this.
