Hikawa Shou
Probably not the most beautiful Sakuya ever drawn by human, but the elegant and perfect maid doesn't need to be super-beautiful to show her charm. Sakuya is very enigmatic as there is no explanation in regard to her background, and the implications seem too vague to be considered valid. Sure she might be a Lunarian due to her clock, but it's also stated that she is a human, an extraordinarily human at that.
Leaving in-depth analysis aside, Hikawa Shou seems to be more into the theory that Sakuya is a Lunarian (or more precisely, someone who ever partakes in Lunarian group) without memory, founded and taken by Remilia during her aimless wandering. I am usually make a big fuss of something that needs justification, but in this case I'd prefer to remain as only-reader. Hikawa's Sakuya seems to still remember part of her childhood, something she'd prefer to keep inside because she doesn't want to seek any sympathy. It's her wish to live just like the way she is now, leaving the past - live in the present - walking toward the future.
Sakuya always acts calm, level-headed, and honestly loyal to her master. Without any exaggeration, Hikawa succeed in polishing her-already-shiny character, and is probably the best at that as far as I know. Simply put, my main reason to vote for Hikawa Shou is because his/her
Sakuya has character.
