Dunno, because when she stares at you with bloodthirst eyes some people mistook it as a signal for giving kinky blowjobs? Flan-chan also had other side that's makes her seem to be really innocent, carefree, and fun-loving, probably fanon but I like this side of hers alot.

With her somewhat carefree attitude with ideas about having fun filling her head with a batshit crazy personality, I think I could also see a bit of Flan in me too =D

But yeah, Flan-chan is second because of her batshit crazy attitude. She's a complete yangire. Cirno only tops Flan-chan, because Cirno seems to fit my attitude perfectly. ^^

To me, Cirno has the most potential in character development, the second one is Koishi~

Both of them had modest personalities that's really unusual and interesting. While I believe many of the characters were set in their attitude and behavior, I believe both of them had possibilities to develop into a shining gem among Gensokyo, though staying as they were already make them awesome as it is =)

Gotta beg to differ with anyone like Yukari with gaps and boundaries, Yuyuko with manipulation of death, and Eiki which Yukari admitted she couldn't beat or even Reimu with her ability to use God's powers around. That, and Flan's range and extend of ability are still unknown.

But again, talking about "power level" in Touhou is kinda moot. And man, what's with the batshit Flan thingy? To be honest she didn't really strike me as a batshit crazy chick.

Never got to play SWR or Hisoutensoku... nor IaMP either, for that matter...

the batshit Flan thingy is a fanon of her being yangire and will completely destroy you for your blood, so that your life force is a part of her. It's the most intimate. lol. ^^

Imagine Flan-chan drinking Marisa's blood while they're doing that supa kiky stuff. Though I usually imagine her doing it almost everyday with Remi Remi even though after that Flan acts tsundere towards her sis~

You should try those sometime. SWR+Hisoutensoku are nice, and you can play it online too.



Well, in term of the ability, "to destroy anything and everything" sure is dangerous, though I wish ZUN could give it more details. Sometimes I think, perhaps ZUN didn't include Flandre in newer games because he's not certain how to apply her ability in newer games should she become a playable character or enemy.

I rarely encounter memorable fan comics of Flan being insane or yangire though. Save from that one Asatsuki Dou's book.
The most is Flan being a childish or innocent little sister or a little sister who like to play prank on her big sis: Remilia.
